Here on iVisions you can find and provide information as needed:
· Documents – Employee Handbooks, Insurance information, Reimbursement forms, and other documents, guides, brochures and forms to help you during your employment.
· Self Service – The Information Center provides a contact list for the Business Office and Human Resources; Click on Profile to update your address and emergency contacts; Contract/Terms of Employment Acceptance are also listed here.
· Pay/Tax Information – Under this tab you can see your monthly pay stubs, your calendar year pay history, fill out a new W-4 and direct deposit and view your W-2/ACA tax forms.
· Benefits – Online benefits enrollment is completed here. View your benefit elections under HR Enrollment Detail and manage your beneficiaries.
